Morning Yoga Flow with Juliana Berfield

Join yoga instructor Juliana Berfield for an hour of movement and mindfulness. This Vinyasa Flow class matches movement and breath, building strength and increasing flexibility within a gentle and continuous sequence of postures. The class is moderately paced to cultivate strength, flexibility, and balance within a gentle, continuous sequence of postures.&nbsp; Whether you're brand new to yoga or advanced, this class is for you! Juliana is passionate about teaching and encourages her students to approach their yoga practice with mindfulness, curiosity and compassion. Creating Mason Jar Florals: A Fall Craft Magic Workshop with Local Artist Jan Gadson Louissaint

Ready to try something fun and different this autumn? Beginner and experienced crafters are invited to this fall magic craft workshop.&nbsp;Local craft/floral artist, Jan Gadson Louissaint will lead us&nbsp;in this two hour crafting and meditation workshop where we'll create beautiful fall-themed mason jar floral centerpieces. We'll have&nbsp;healing art with meditation, breath work, hand exercises, and&nbsp;a demo that gets us ready for designing our works of art. Participants receive individual art bags of supplies, and we will have some&nbsp;relaxing and fun music that helps that creative flow! Cassie Kollman and Matt Savage in Concert

Join us for a fun afternoon concert of jazz, blues, R&amp;B, soul, and pop with vocalist Cassie Kollman and pianist Matt Savage! Cassie Kollman is a contemporary vocalist, songwriter, and bandleader who possesses an informed command of her craft and performs a wide range of musical genres, mostly those rooted in Black American traditions; including jazz, R&amp;B, blues, soul, pop, musical theater, New music, and classical. Her specialization is vocal improvisation. An agile vocalist and deep listener, Cassie creates compositions and arrangements that are vocally ambitious, harmonically intricate, and lyrically exploratory. The result is a soulful, quirky, blues-based experience of jazz-pop music.&nbsp; Cassie’s main project, Cassie Kollman and Friends, performs frequently in the Boston area. Cassie holds a Masters of Music in Jazz and Contemporary Music from the Longy School of Music of Bard College, and teaches studio voice in the Boston area. A former grade-school music teacher and non-profit manager, Cassie is passionate about arts accessibility, music education, and live community events. Her debut album, Lady in Shoes, is available now. Matt Savage has had a remarkable 20+ year professional career as a jazz musician, bandleader and composer with ensembles of all different sizes. He’s played with some of the biggest names in jazz, including Chick Corea, the Ellington All Stars, Chaka Khan, Wynton Marsalis, Bobby Watson, Clark Terry, Jimmy Heath, Jason Moran, Arturo O’Farrill, John Pizzarelli, Joshua Redman, Terri Lyne Carrington, Jon Faddis, Jerry Bergonzi and Donny McCaslin among others. He’s also opened for rock legends Neil Young and Stephen Stills, and has performed with Steve Earle, Jackson Browne, Shawn Colvin and Al Stewart. He composed and recorded the score for a full-length documentary film, Sound of Redemption: The Frank Morgan Story. Media appearances include Marian McPartland’s Piano Jazz, NPR’s All Things Considered, Late Night with Conan O’Brien, The Late Show with David Letterman, The Today Show, and ABC’s 20/20. He holds a Master's Degree from Manhattan School of Music and balances his professional music career with teaching. Matt currently leads the Matt Savage Quartet and the Matt Savage Groove Experiment. His latest album, The Whole Package!, is available now. No registration is required but seating is limited on a first-come first-served basis. Silk Painting Workshop with Lidia Mikhaylova: The Magic of Colors and Flowers

Do you want to explore your creative side? Do you want to experiment with colors without fear of making a mistake? Come join artist Lidia Mikhaylova in this easy, magical, and relaxing adventure into a world of freedom and creativity. Create a masterpiece with your own hands, and take it home with you!
