Welcome to parkour! As part of our effort to welcome more girls, women, and feminine/non-binary traceurs into our community and the world of parkour, we are hosting a girls-only parkour program! This is a 4-week series that will run every week for four weeks. We have Monday and Friday sessions available. Prerequisites:Ages 9-14 NO experience or athletic background is necessary. All-Levels Hula Hoop Dancing Workshop

All-Level Hoop Dance WorkshopAges 16+ This class meets students where they are, offering a complete journey through hoop dance from foundational skills to advanced tricks. You will explore body awareness, alignment, and movement fundamentals while building coordination and flow. Each session blends structured skill-building with creative play, allowing you to move through beginning techniques into more complex sequences at your own pace. Hoop dance is part of a broader set of practices called flow arts, connecting rhythm, expression, and mindful movement. This class is for anyone ready to explore movement, expand their skills, and experience the joy of hooping in a supportive environment.

Root & Release: All-Levels Yoga Workshop

Root and ReleaseYoga workshop for ages 18+ This class offers time and space to care for your body with attention and ease. The practice flows through a full body stretch, grounding poses, and expansive hip openers that release tension and invite openness and self love. Breath moves with the body, supporting steadiness and presence, while a guided meditation allows you to rest, integrate, and connect inwardly. You will leave feeling nourished, settled, and supported, carrying a sense of presence with you beyond the mat. All levels are welcome.

School's Out Parkour Day Camp - ages 6-12

Join us for this one-day parkour camp where we will learn the foundations of parkour through games and specialized instruction! We will use skills like balancing, jumping, swinging, and traversing obstacles to get started on our parkour journeys while making friends in a fun community.

Parkour Games Night - Parents Night Out! Ages 6-12

Need a night out? Drop off the kids on Saturday, February 14, from 6p-9p for an evening of parkour games! We'll be playing student favorites like floor is lava, commands, and more to have fun while moving and practicing parkour. Pizza is included so you don't have to worry about dinner! Prerequisite(s): no experience needed; we do recommend that participants take an intro to parkour or nano parkour class beforehand.
