Fifth Annual Marathon Daffodil Dash

Join us for the fifth annual Marathon Daffodil Dash on Saturday, April 18th from 10am – 1pm at The Track at Suffolk Downs. Celebrate Marathon weekend in the city with a kids race on the historic racetrack! The Track will be filled with ‘Marathon Daffodils’ that line the streets of Boston leading up to the Boston Marathon finish line. The Marathon Daffodils project began in 2013 after the Marathon bombing as the yellow daffodil symbolizes strength and hope. We are proud to be part of the 13th anniversary of celebrating strength and hope across our city. There will be three 50-yard dash races for grades K-2, grades 3-5, and grades 6-8. The races will not be timed, and all participants will receive a bib number and t-shirt. The races will begin at 10:30am. After the race, hang out in the Paddock with food trucks, face painting, and a DJ! This event is free to attend and open to the public. Spots are limited and<a href="https://atsuffolkdowns.com/blog/marathon-daffodil-dash-5/"> RUNNER REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED</a>.

Join us again this year for our&nbsp;Spring Farmers Markets @ The Yard,&nbsp;in partnership with Revere Beach Farmers Market! This year we are excited to host&nbsp;six markets at The Yard @ Beachmont Square. Stop by for some farm-fresh goodies, artisanal bites, and fun spring activities! The market will take place from 11am to 2pm at The Yard, at 10 Suffolk Downs Blvd., Revere,&nbsp;located just steps away from Amaya and the MBTA Blue Line’s Beachmont Station.&nbsp; This event is free to attend and open to the public. Don’t miss out—supporting local has never tasted this good!&nbsp; ﻿The first market will spotlight the Revere Public Library and include vendors such as Riverdale Farm, Samantha's Garden, Dough Si Dough, Abbot Hill Creamery, Fabian's European Pastries, Mila’s Sweets, VIA Guatemala Coffee, Teamoji, Ivyees Everything Honey, CowHill Aplaries, The Sugar Lab, Zao Gelato Truck, The Cramped Cook, Fruitful Chili, Lussier Maples, Lifehaus Wellness, La Frontera Sabrosa, Captain Squid, Care &amp; Company, Royal Tallow, SOL, Revere Beach Retail, 1312 Woodworking, Palm Crafted Studio, Nicely Jewelry, Argentina Bakery Boston, Trippylandia, Oakdale Farms, Legacy Latte Café and Henna Artistry.

The Track at Suffolk Downs to Host Third Annual  Truck-or-Treat Event on Saturday, October 18! 

The HYM Investment Group is hosting the third annual <a href="https://atsuffolkdowns.com/blog/truck-or-treat-2/">Truck-or-Treat</a>, a family-friendly Halloween event at <a href="https://atsuffolkdowns.com/the-track/">The Track at Suffolk Downs</a>! Join us on October 18th from 11am – 2pm to get an up-close view of trucks, boats, police cars, fire engines, and more. It’s the perfect time to wear your costumes and stop by all your favorite trucks for a special treat! Enjoy kids’ activities, face painting, bubble making, sweet treats, and music. The event will be free but <a href="https://www.eventbrite.com/e/truck-or-treat-tickets-1710944253319?aff=oddtdtcreator">registration in advance</a> is suggested. Specially designed Trick-or-Treat bags will be provided, while supplies last. From 11am-12pm, Truck or Treat will be sensory-friendly. During this time, all sirens, lights, and horns will be reduced and limited where possible.

Thursday Nights @ The Yard Kicking off on June 5th, Thursday Nights @ The Yard will run every Thursday from 6pm to 9pm through September 25th at The Yard @ Beachmont Square. This summer series will offer rotating themes each week including live music with local bands, Bingo nights, Yappy Hours with dog-friendly activities, and Dance Classes featuring Latin dance, line dancing, and more. Tasty treats will be available for purchase from our local food trucks and Suffolk Downs’ new brewery, Twisted Fate, will also be popping up at Thursday Nights throughout the summer. These evenings will bring entertainment, food, and community activations to Suffolk Downs’ Beachmont Square neighborhood, making for the perfect after-work meetup or summer night out!
