Pop Up Tree Farm 

Ready to deck the halls? Suffolk Downs is partnering with Christmas Tree For Me to host two Pop Up Tree Farms on Saturday 11/30 and Sunday 12/8 from 12-3pm at The Yard @ Beachmont Square! We are excited to officially be kicking off the opening of our new public space, The Yard, located at 10 Suffolk Downs Blvd, Revere; with these two very merry events. Join us for music by Violin Viiv and Olde Town Carolers, sweet treats from Uncle Joeys Cannoli and The Half Cookie, arts and crafts with ESSEM Art Studio, local food trucks, and more. Stop by for some holiday fun and pick out the perfect Christmas tree for you this season from our selection of premium fresh holiday trees plus a selection of wreaths, tree skirts, tree stands, and lights. We will also be partnering with the Revere Police for their 25th annual toy drive! If you can help, please stop by our Pop Up Tree Farm and bring a new unwrapped toy. We will have bins to collect all your donations. This event is free to attend and open to the public. Supplies are limited &amp; registration is recommended.

Truck or Treat

Join us for Truck or Treat at The Track at Suffolk Downs on Saturday, October 19th from 10am – 2pm. Wear your costumes and walk along The Track for an up-close view of trucks, police cars, fire engines, and more. Sit in the seats, honk the horns, and get a special treat from your favorite trucks! Enjoy kids’ activities, face painting, bubble making, food trucks, and music. The event is free to attend and open to the public, but registration is recommended. Trick or treat bags will be provided. Supplies are limited.

Marathon Daffodil Dash

Join us for the third annual Marathon Daffodil Dash on Saturday, April 13th from 10am – 1pm at The Track at Suffolk Downs. Celebrate Marathon weekend in the city with a kids race on the historic racetrack! The Track will be filled with ‘Marathon Daffodils’ that line the streets of Boston leading up to the Boston Marathon finish line. The Marathon Daffodils project began in 2013 after the Marathon bombing as the yellow daffodil symbolizes strength and hope. We are proud to be part of the 11th anniversary of celebrating strength and hope across our city. There will be three 50-yard dash races for grades K-2, grades 3-5, and grades 6-8. The races will not be timed and all participants will receive a bib number and t-shirt. The races will begin at 10:30am. Registration is free but required to participate in the race events. After the race, hang out in the Paddock with snacks, face painting, flower crowns, and DJ Steve Fortes! This event is free to attend and open to the public.

Dock Dogs

The World’s Premier Canine Aquatics Competition is coming to Suffolk Downs! Join us Saturday, October 21st and Sunday, October 22nd for Dock Dogs, a two day competition for dogs and pet owners. Register your dog to compete in Big Air and Extreme Vertical challenges or join us as a spectator and cheer on your favorite four-legged competitors. Touch-A-Truck at The Track

Enjoy kids activities, face painting, games, bubbles, food trucks, and craft beer by Night Shift Brewery in the Paddock! This event is free to attend and open to the public. Registration is recommended.

This event is hosted in partnership with City of Revere Parks and Recreation and the Marathon Daffodil Project. There will be three 50-yard dash races for grades K-2, grades 3-5, and grades 6-8 followed by a one mile run. All participants will receive a bib number and free race t-shirt. After the race, hang out in the Paddock with music, food, lawn games, face painting, flower crown making, and more! This event is free to attend and open to the public. Registration is required.

Stars Above - An All American Open Air Circus

Stars Above is an outdoor family friendly circus show created by Hideaway Circus. Set to original music, the show is a modern take on the nostalgic small touring circuses from two hundred years ago. This year’s production features brand new acts alongside fan favorites from last season. The Stars Above 2022 Northeast tour will make eleven stops throughout Upstate New York, Connecticut, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts, this summer. Stars Above will be performing at Suffolk Downs on Tuesday, August 16th at 4pm and two shows on Wednesday, August 17th at 4pm and 7pm.
