Join us for free, outdoor fitness classes every Tuesday at 6PM and Saturday at 10AM at The Yard @ Beachmont Square at Suffolk Downs. Our schedule is packed with new classes as well as old favorites that are designed for all levels of experience. Please note, by entering this event, attendees consent to appear in photo and/or video recordings that may be used for commercial or other purposes. Every TITLE workout has one goal: to make sure you leave empowered and equipped with a new, better, more powerful skillset. Our boxing fitness class flow is a thoughtful progression of warm-up drills, shadowboxing, HIIT exercises, 3-minute rounds of skill building and strength work.
