Sushi Making 101 - Cooking Class by Classpop!

With over two decades of sushi-making expertise stretching from California to Boston, Chef Harold is ready to share his knowledge with you. This sushi fundamentals class is free of gluten, nuts and dairy, and focuses on medium inside-out rolls, or uramaki, and hand rolls, or temaki. Begin the hands-on class with miso soup, then move on to mastering sushi rolling. You'll start with a shrimp tempura hand roll, then craft a delicious sweet potato hand roll. Maneuver through the exhibit as you seek to solve clues, engage with immersive art, and create special memories the whole family will enjoy.  Your museum admission includes access to all WNDR Museum galleries and installations, including Yayoi Kusama’s mirrored infinity room.
