Valentine Self-Love Restorative and Reiki Workshop

Join Spira for 90 minutes of Self-Love in this sweet restorative practice with Reiki, guided meditation, essential oils, affirmations, and sweets. We'll spend a few minutes moving, stretching, and preparing for restorative poses. During restorative, Spira will offer Reiki to each participant, followed by a guided meditation with affirmations to bring you deeper into relaxation. After savasana, we'll enjoy some sweet treats and you'll receive a small gift to assist you on your Self-Love journey.

It's very helpful for trauma, depression, anxiety, and adhd. Prenatal Partner Yoga for Labor and Delivery

Join yoga teacher and birth doula Tonya for an empowering and educational birth preparation class. Partner yoga for labor and delivery is an informative class, whether you plan a medicated or unmedicated birth. You and your partner will learn postures, movements, and mindfulness practices to prepare your body for birthing your baby. This is a wonderful class to bond with your partner or birthing support person. Gentle Yoga and Yoga Nidra

Join Tonya for a sweet hour of gentle movement followed by a deep guided meditation. Yoga nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation technique that helps you enter a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping. *Cancellations for workshops up to 48 hours before the event will result in a credit to your account, not a refund. TRE-Tension and Trauma Release

Tension &amp; Trauma Release Exercises (or TRE®) is a simple yet innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. Created by Dr. David Berceli, PhD, TRE safely activates a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance. Join me in learning this wonderful technique for releasing chronic stress and tension and ending chronic pain. I use this modality regularly and it's improved my quality of life tremendously. New Year Reset

Are you ready for 2025? Join Spira to start 2025 off with intention and manifestation to let go of what no longer serves you and make room for the new. We will use guided meditation to relax your mind and help you envision what you want to bring into your life in the new year. We will also use journaling and movement to stay grounded and bring clarity. Bring your mat and a journal if you have one. We will offer both writing and art journaling and all supplies will be provided except for journals (we have paper).

Restorative and Yoga Nidra with Sound Healing

Join Tonya for an amazing hour and half of DEEP relaxation. This is the perfect workshop after all the holiday craziness and a nice way to reset your nervous system in preparation for the new year. Tonya will guide you through various restorative poses which will end in a guided meditation meant to bring you deep into your subconscious where you will find the sweetest peace imaginable. And if that weren't enough, Spira will play Crystal Singing Bowls to add sound healing to the experience.&nbsp;

Vinyasa and Vibrations

A 90 minute experience designed to realign the mind, body, and soul. Usher in the changing of seasons with Loula as she guides you through a sequence of postures, breath work, meditation, and sound healing.&nbsp; This creative flow, based on Ayurvedic principles of aligning with the elements of nature, will last 60 minutes. The class will end with restorative postures and a long savasana accompanied by the sounds of Himalayan and Crystal singing bowls. Hands on assists and reiki will be provided. Allow yourself to transition through this seasonal shift with grace and ease utilizing Ayurveda’s ancient wisdom.&nbsp; 90 minutes of shedding layers, finding clarity, and ground into the earth and water&nbsp;elements. As we shift into fall and winter, the air and ether elements increase giving rise to excess vata dosha in the mind, body, and spirit. This can cause fatigue but the inability to sleep, increase in anxiety, and overall feelings of being untethered. This class will appease the craving for grounding and deep nourishment.&nbsp; Loula will lead you through an Ayurvedic based Vinyasa flow designed to tether while uplifting you amidst the chaos of Fall’s swirly energy. This steady, warming, fluid flow will be followed by restorative postures to reset and calm the nervous system. Hands on assists and reiki will be provided. All of this followed by a sound bath soaked savasana for the ultimate relaxation experience. Allow yourself to be lulled into serenity as you integrate all you have experienced during practice.&nbsp;

Intro to Art Journaling

Art journaling is a great way to express your thoughts and feelings when words fail you. It's also therapeutic and a great tool to add to your mental health toolkit. There is no experience or skills needed to get started. I'll teach you everything you need to know to begin this great practice and from there you can continue on your own or join us in future gatherings. All materials are provided and included in the workshop fee. However, you will also receive a list of suggested materials in case you'd like to purchase some of your own. Spaces are limited to 10.

We support the body in a few floor based poses with props like blankets, pillows and blocks, ensuring comfort and ease. As we bring mindful attention to our body and breath, we take much needed time for self care, resetting and healing - promoting&nbsp;a sense of well being. After preparing the body and mind thus, we will move into a deeply relaxing yoga nidra practice. This is a powerful guided meditation that connects you to all aspects of your being. You will rest comfortably as you are guided. It helps you relieve stress and trauma, and sleep better. It has the power to transform at deep levels, as it helps you connect to yourself and manifest your deepest desires. You are welcome to be in your pajamas! You are welcome to join online or in person. If on Zoom, feel free to set up your space with candles and/or music, and dim the lights.

Crystal Sound Bowl Immersion

Join Spira for a blissful experience using crystal singing bowls and reiki healing energy. Studies have shown that singing bowl sound meditation can produce physiological and psychological responses, reducing negative affect and increasing positive affect, as well as improving blood pressure, heart rate, and respiratory rate. Rest comfortably with bolsters and blankets and allow the frequencies of the sounds wash over you while receiving reiki energy directly from a Reiki Master Teacher delivered via sound. Bring anything you'd like to make it more comfortable for you.
