Tito Puente Latin Music Series 2025

Celebrate summer with the Tito Puente Latin Music Series: six electrifying concerts, endless dancing, and pure alegría! Taking place on Thursdays in July and August at outdoor locations across Boston, the six-concert Tito Puente Latin Music Series—hosted by Inquilinos Boricuas en Acción (IBA Boston), Berklee College of Music, the City of Boston Parks and Recreation Department, and the National Endowment for the Arts—presents a diverse lineup of live Latin Caribbean music with a strong salsa influence in parks around the city. In its 17th annual summer installment, performers will include Berklee faculty, students, alumni, and world-renowned artists. Join us for We Are the Change, where the youngest voices of Boston Children's Chorus (BCC) take center stage to celebrate the power of leadership and advocacy. Through song and storytelling, our youngest singers highlight the remarkable journeys of youth leaders who have sparked change across the globe. From the courageous activism of Malala Yousafzai, to the impassioned climate advocacy of Greta Thunberg, and the inspiring literacy activism of Marley Dias, these stories serve as beacons of hope and inspiration. BCC has been delighted to partner with Chelsea Public Schools and we look forward to welcoming Chelsea’s young artists to the stage to perform on this special occasion. As these singers lift their voices in harmony, they will explore what it truly means to inspire change and uplift their communities. Together, let us embrace the belief that no matter our age, We Are the Change we wish to see in the world. Stand the Storm  

Boston Children’s Chorus (BCC) Premier Choir, Concert Choir, and Recital Choir&nbsp;join forces with The Spirituals of Boston Arts Academy&nbsp;for the Massachusetts premiere of Rollo Dilworth’s ‘Weather: Stand the Storm’ at First Church Cambridge in March. The performance will invite audiences to consider the journey we have made as a global community across the last few years and to ponder what it takes to move forward in greater harmony and resilience. Suitcase Stories® programming features foreign- and US-born residents sharing powerful and inspiring stories of refugee and immigrant life. The programming provides a way to dig beneath the headlines, exposing audiences to the complexity of migration. Proceeds from the event support critical programming for local refugees and immigrants participating in IINE’s resettlement, education, employment, and citizenship programs.
