Workshop in the Patio: Visible Mending with Cathy Karp of CK Revive

We're delighted to welcome back Cathy Karp from CK Revive for another Visible Mending workshop in our patio, on Saturday May 30, from 10-1pm.&nbsp; Bring your damaged and loved textiles and learn a variety of techniques and methods to repair them. Beginners of all ages are welcome. All materials are supplied. You can continue your new skill all summer long! We'll set up outside in our patio. Refreshments will be served. Cost: $75 pp.&nbsp; Minimum 4 participants needed, maximum 10.&nbsp;

We are thrilled to host a pop up with Megan Kilcoyne from Homme Repair in our shop patio, on Sunday May 31st, from 11 to 5pm. Megan Kilcoyne is the founder and creative force behind the brand Homme Repair, a modern, unisex, workwear label grounded in craftsmanship, durability, and timeless design. All designed and made in Boston! The event takes place right next to the Sowa Market, come join us!

Pop Up in the Patio | O Dot Vegan Bags at Stitch and Tickle

For the first pop-up in our shop patio this year, we are pleased to host Mary Flannery of O Dot. Mary designs one-of-a-kind vegan bags that she produces in New England. Join us between 11-5 to shop Mary's creations. The Sowa Market takes place next door at the same time.

The Ribbon Book - Book Signing at Stitch and Tickle

Please come meet&nbsp;our friend Angela Liguori of Studio Carta&nbsp;on Saturday May 9, 2026, between 11am&nbsp;and 2pm.&nbsp; Angela will sign copies of her first book, The Ribbon Studio, which offers a multitude of creative, DIY projects using her beautiful Italian ribbons. The perfect gift for anyone looking for decorating ideas or gift craft projects.&nbsp;Some of her exclusive ribbons will be available for purchase that day as well .&nbsp;&nbsp; In line with the Italian tradition, we will serve Espresso to all event visitors ! Scent of a Truffle Book Signing

Please join us&nbsp;in the shop this coming Saturday, February 7, from 12-3 pm for a book signing by French author and painter Cecile Ganne .&nbsp;Cecile has an art studio in our building (Sowa 450 Harrison) and just published&nbsp;her debut novel "Scent of a Truffle" which she will sell and sign copies of at the event.&nbsp;&nbsp; 20% of all in-store sales that day will be given to an organization that supports immigrants rights and needs in Minnesota, such as the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.wfmn.org/funds/immigrant-rapid-response/">Immigrant Rapid&nbsp;Response Fund&nbsp;</a>or the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.miracmn.com/">Minnesota&nbsp;Immigrants Rights Action Committee.&nbsp;</a>
