Looking to fine tune your cocktail skills at home? Just looking for a fun date night out? Get schooled on how to make craft cocktails using locally made spirits. Upon arrival, you’ll receive a complimentary welcome punch before we get down to business. You'll get a brief tour of our distillery, and then head to our barrelhouse for an in-depth mixology class with Christine Bossalini, our very own bartender &amp; spirits specialist. Our class will cover everything you need to know on how to properly make holiday cocktails at home. Learn about mixology techniques, tools, glassware, garnishes, and everything in between. You’ll practice your skills by making two summer cocktails featuring Short Path Distillery spirits, and last but certainly not least… sample your creations! If you want to stick around after the class, you can head over to our cocktail bar which will be open to the public until 11:30pm. Note: A ticket must be purchased in order to attend this event. This class size is extremely limited (only 18 seats available) and expected to sell out. Due to the limited class size, WE DO NOT ACCEPT REFUNDS OR TRANSFERS AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON. This class takes place in our barrelhouse bar which means it's not fully temperature controlled. Please dress accordingly.

Cousins Maine Lobster Pop Up

We’re bringing Maine lobster to Everett! The Cousins Maine Lobster Food Truck will be onsite serving up Maine style or CT style lobster rolls, lobster tots and more. Our bar will be open, serving up a variety of Gin, Whiskey, and Rum cocktails to pair with your lobster.

St. Patrick's Day Party

Join us as we celebrate St. Patrick's Day with a sneak peak of our first-ever Irish Style Whiskey — made grain-to-glass right here in Everett. We'll be pouring up festive whiskey cocktails all day long alongside our full cocktail menu Single Pot Still Irish Style Whiskey Sneak Peek We're giving you a sneak peek of our Single Pot Still Irish Style Whiskey! We used a 60% unmalted barley and 40% malted barley mash bill. After it's one-week fermentation, it was triple distilled in our direct-fire copper pot stills. We'll have cocktails available behind the bar. Bottles will be available next year once it's fully rested. Special Cocktails We're serving up special Saint Patrick's Day themed whiskey specials all day long in addition to our standard cocktail menu. Food Pop Up ZuzuMOMO, where family traditions meet culinary innovation in a delightful fusion of Nepali and Indian flavors. Our friends from ZuzuMOMO will be here from 2-7pm.
