Wintery Mix

Get into the holiday spirit with Wintery Mix: A good old fashioned holiday cocktail party featuring booze. HOLIDAY COCKTAILS We'll have an entire menu of super special fancy holiday drinks. SPIKED HOT CHOCOLATE FLIGHTS Hot chocolate but make it better, spike it. A flight includes 4 mini hot chocolates, each one spiked with a different spirit. CREME DE MENTHE We're releasing a limited number of bottles of our peppermint liqueur for the holidays. Makes a great gift! Spike a coffee, hot chocolate, or whip up a classic Grasshopper at home. Cocktails and pours will also be available behind the bar while it lasts. ABSINTHE We've been working on a secret Absinthe recipe for years and it's finally ready for consumption. Weighing in at 60% ABV, 120 proof. Bottles will be for sale and we'll have some behind the bar. We're bringing in an Absinthe Fountain equipt with special absinthe glasses, sugar cubes, and absinthe spoons. Taste it the classic way, or enjoy it in a cocktail. PIEROGIS Wild Fox Pierogi will be popping up from 3-8pm to join in on the festivities.

Looking to fine tune your cocktail skills at home this holiday season? Just looking for a fun date night out? Get schooled on how to make craft cocktails using locally made spirits. This is a very rare SATURDAY night edition in our exclusive new Barrelhouse Bar! Upon arrival, you’ll receive a complimentary welcome punch before we get down to business. You'll get a brief tour of our distillery, and then head to our barrelhouse for an in-depth mixology class with Christine Bossalini, our very own bartender &amp; spirits specialist. Our class will cover everything you need to know on how to properly make holiday cocktails at home. Learn about mixology techniques, tools, glassware, garnishes, and everything in between. You’ll practice your skills by making two wintery cocktails featuring Short Path Distillery spirits, and last but certainly not least… sample your creations! If you want to stick around after the class, you can head over to our cocktail bar which will be open to the public until 11:30pm. Note: A ticket must be purchased in order to attend this event. Whiskey Wonderland Pop Up

New! Step into a Whiskey Wonderland at our first ever holiday pop-up at the Barrelhouse Bar, where the magic of whiskey comes alive. We’re transforming our brand new Barrelhouse Bar into a festive holiday experience. Twinkling lights, greenery garlands, and the aroma of oak in the air. Our pop-up menu will feature brand new cocktails that explore the vast taste of whiskey. Festive jolly bright drinks, rich dessert and nightcap cocktails, and curated whiskey tasting flights and cocktail flights. Non-whiskey cocktails will also be available. Candy-Paired Cocktail Flights We're pairing up some of your favorite Halloween candies with boozy cocktail flights. Each sour flight includes 4 mini cocktails, each featuring fresh lime juice, simple syrup, and a different spirit paired with candy. Dare to step foot into our haunted stillhouse and learn about the legend of the squished factory worker? He's been haunting our facility for 9 years and we're ready to share our story. You might even just see the haunted happenings for yourself. This special haunted distillery tour will also teach you about our distilling process, how we produce and age our spirits, and our science-based approach to flavor development. Manhattan Night

One of our favorite classic cocktails is the Manhattan. Three simple ingredients: Whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, and Bitters. When made with the right spirits and proportions, we might even go as far to say it's a perfect cocktail. In 2022, we started a journey to making our own version of a Sweet Vermouth: Americano Rouge. Our take on a sweet vermouth uses Massachusetts grown grapes. We turn the wine into brandy and proof it down with more Massachusetts grown red wine. Having this spirit allows us to make a Manhattan using entirely Short Path spirits. Join us for our second annual Manhattan Night where we use our creativity to put spins on the classic. You can even put your own imagination to the test by building your own, one-of-a-kind Manhattan. SIGNATURE MANHATTANS&nbsp;a menu of unique riffs on the classic using different spirits and bitters. MANHATTAN F LIGHTS&nbsp;4 mini manhattans, a different base spirit in each - we're talking Apple Brandy Manhattans, Old Tom Gin Manhattans, Beerskey Manhattans, and obviously Single Malt Manhattans. BUILD YOUR OWN&nbsp;choose from a variety of spirits and bitters to build your own Manhattan. SIMS BBQ POP UP&nbsp;what better way to wash down your whiskey than with some pulled pork?? Our friends from Sims BBQ will be here from 5-9pm. The party will take place inside the cocktail bar and outside on our dog-friendly patio.
