Winter Open Studios at MBACC

You're Invited to Open Studios! Mother Brook Arts and Community Center’s <a href="https://www.motherbrook.org/features/pottery-sale-2025-6y2gw">Open Studios</a> celebration is set for&nbsp;Saturday, December 6 + Sunday, December 7, 11am-5pm. Explore three stories of the historic Mother Brook Arts building, home to sculptors, painters, metal smiths, ceramic artists, photographers, printers and more. Meet the artists in their studios and view their latest works in a curated exhibition. Our performance space will transform into an artisan marketplace featuring 20+ local artists and vendors.&nbsp;Attendees can look forward to free community art activities with Alex Makes Art and Justine Curran, delicious bites from Hungry Nomads Food Truck and artist demonstrations. Join us at the Preview Party Thursday, December 4, 7pm-9pm for first-pick of the Small Works Sale. Community members are welcome to this free event at Mother Brook Arts and Community Center. All auction, donation, and sponsorship proceeds support MBACC programming. This is an indoor event held rain or shine. Free parking on-site and overflow lots on High Street.&nbsp; We can't wait to see you!

5th Annual Pottery Sale

Mother Brook Arts hosts the 5th Annual Pottery Sale on Saturday, September 13 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM (rain date: Sunday, September 14). Held in the front parking lot, this vibrant outdoor event features over 20 ceramic artists and craftsmen showcasing their latest work. Enjoy live demonstrations, shop one-of-a-kind pottery, and take part in hands-on activities like natural dyeing with Falling Off Trees and custom bouquet-making with Moon Gate Garden, who will also be serving iced tea and coffee. Live music by local band Abbott Road adds to the festive atmosphere. Don’t miss the popular Seconds Sale, with proceeds supporting the purchase of a new pugmill. Free and open to all—come celebrate creativity, community, and clay. The Pottery Sale is an outdoor event held in the front parking lot of MBACC. Free parking on-site at the rear of the building. All donation and sponsorship proceeds support Mother Brook Arts and Community Center. Rain date Sunday, September 14 Questions?
