Pasta Making and Wine Tasting with Seven Hills Pasta (Pasta 101) Join City Winery and Seven Hills Pasta Co. for an exciting evening exploring the culture, pasta dishes and wine of the different regions of Italy. Seven Hills Pasta Co. founder Giulio Caperchi and Chef Avery Perry will accompany you in mastering the basics of making pasta at home. Explore different types of flour, learn tips and tricks and craft your own pasta to take home to enjoy with friends and family. In this class we will go over time-tested egg dough recipes, introduce you to different cuts of pasta from angel hair to pappardelle, and make sure you leave the evening with the confidence to master pasta making at home. And of course, we will taste our creations and pair them with some beautiful Italian wines. Class includes: 1.5hrs of hands on pasta making Specialty wine pairing Hand Crafted pasta meal consisting of a meat based sauce and a vegetarian option Complimentary box of bronze-extruded Seven Hills Pasta for all participants

Join Seven Hills Pasta Co. in a lovely evening exploring the culinary background of the Italian island of Sardinia. In this hands-on pasta class we will learn how to make saffron gnocchetti sardi, also called Malloreddus. We will learn the difference between different types of flour used in pasta making and talk about what makes this region of Italy so unique. Our fresh pasta will be served in a lovely meat bolognese and we will also provide a vegan option. The expert sommelier at City Winery will then pair our gnocchetti sardi with a red Cannonau wine and a white Vermentino. Come celebrate the flavors of Sardinia with us, learn how to make pasta from scratch and indulge in some lovely summer wines at City Winery Boston.

Enjoy the night learning about different cocktails and spirits as you take on three different Espresso Martini recipes. Interactive and fun with basic bartending knowledge explained throughout the class. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about spirits, liquor, beer and wine. All tools will be provided and you’ll get to enjoy three unique cocktails created with high-quality ingredients. Light bites will be carefully prepared by our culinary team to perfectly complement the experience. This event is 21+ only. All ticket sales are final.

Mauro Molino Barolo Wine Dinner

Join us at City Winery Boston for the Mauro Molino Barolo Wine Pairing Dinner. Five course wine pairing dinner curated by Executive Chef Jairo Flamenco and the Mauro Molino Wine Team. Mauro Molino Winery is a family and boutique estate, established by Mauro in 1982, when he decided to come back to Piemonte after working several years in other part of Italy as an agronomist. Now the winery is run by Matteo and Martina, the second generation of the Molino family. The winery is located in La Morra, in the heart of the Barolo area, and owns 20 hectares of vineyards in some of the most vocated areas of the region. Our wines fully represent the terroir of La Morra and show its unmistakable aroma and elegance. We are obviously focused on the Nebbiolo grape, for Langhe DOC Nebbiolo and Barolo DOCG productions, but we also strongly believe in the potential of other varieties such us Barbera, Dolcetto, Arneis and Chardonnay. From the very beginning we are involved in the protection of the environment: sustainable and organic practices in the vineyards represent a fundamental part of our philosophy.
