Will Evans at The Cantab Lounge

Will Evans pulls everyone into his embrace. He musically accesses a space without boundaries where all are welcome to commune openly and move freely. Through quotable folk-inspired lyrics, breezy grooves, and roots energy, it’s as if he’s giving you permission to be that pure self you can’t always be at work or even at home… The Rhode Island-based singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist also puts his words into action via his “Kind Folk” fan community, activating small acts of kindness, charity, and goodwill in tandem with performances nationwide. After generating over 50 million streams independently, he inspires once again through a series of 2024 releases and much more to come. “I want to make music that moves you,” he states. “It’s rooted in compassion, kindness, and community. With anything I release, there’s a lot of passion behind it. I’m always giving you the most authentic version of myself.”

Coyote Island at The Middle East Upstairs

Coyote Island is the musical vision of producer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Mike O’Hehir. For many years, Mike traveled the country with a guitar in hand, collecting sounds and ideas. Upon returning home to Maine, he began the process of pouring his heart into recordings. With roots in folk music, the sound quickly expanded into a new genre-bending realm of psychedelic indie. Mike assembled a band of brothers to capture the expansive soundscape in a live setting, and from this, Coyote Island was born. With the release of their first hit single, “Here Before,” the band quickly gained fans around the globe. Their live performance has been described as both “electric” and “transportive.” With good vibrations, danceable grooves, and tropical psychedelia, Coyote Island offers a sonic vacation from the doldrums of existence.

Joe Samba NYE Show

Joe Samba brings his electrifying performance to Paradise Rock Club on New Years Eve. Ring in the new year with great music and vibes! Guitar slung low, microphone turned up, and emotion overflowing, Joe Samba taps into rock ‘n’ roll spirit and reggae soul all at once. The Massachusetts-born singer, songwriter, and guitarist sonically teeters on an axis of island-inflected grooves and gritty guitar-craft balanced by his dynamic vocals. He finds the sweet spot between smoked-out Caribbean bliss and sweat-soaked punkified energy. It’s why he’s quietly emerged as a phenomenon, toppling charts at #1 and performing alongside everyone from The Dirty Heads to Pepper.
