Holiday & Christmas Market

Shop small this season and begin your holiday shopping at The LOT’s two-day Holiday &amp; Christmas Market! Enjoy warm drinks, Santa photos, and a great shopping experience for gifts made with lots of love. Our local vendors offer any gift you need, including jewelry, clothing, local souvenirs, art, and more. Saturday’s market will run from 12-8PM and Sunday’s from 12-6PM. All events are weather-permitted and will be announced via social media, @onthedotboston, if there is a cancellation.&nbsp;Event will take place outdoors, dress accordingly.

Halloweenfest

The LOT’s Halloweenfest is back and better than ever! The event will take place on Saturday, October 26th, 2-8PM. This family-friendly event is our favorite to celebrate the holiday and fall season. Kids can wear costumes to carve or paint pumpkins and participate in Halloween-themed activities. Food and drinks will be available for purchase, while games, activities, and entry are free of charge! All events are weather-permitted and changes will be announced via social media, @onthedotboston. The rain date for this event will be October 27th!&nbsp;Event will take place outdoors, dress accordingly.

Oktoberfest

Experience the vibrant spirit of Oktoberfest at The LOT on October 12th,1-7PM! Join us for an unforgettable celebration featuring live music, authentic German beers, games, mouth-watering food, and ax throwing. All ages are welcome, and best of all, entry is free! Secure your spot now for an Oktoberfest experience like no other. All events are weather-permitted and will be announced via social media, @onthedotboston. The rain date for this event will be October 19th!&nbsp;Event will take place outdoors, dress accordingly.

Flea Market

Shop local and spend the afternoon of September 28th,12-5PM, at The LOT! Our flea market features small businesses where attendees can buy art, jewelry, clothing, and more. Stop at the cantina or Cannonball Cafe to grab yourself a treat afterward. Stay tuned for featured shops that will be in attendance! Touch A Truck

Learn and explore all types of trucks and vehicles at our Touch-a-Truck event! Spend the afternoon climbing and experiencing all the big rigs, first responder cars, and more. Be on the lookout for LOT merch to make the kiddos fit right in as well! Free entry and food/drinks available for purchase. See you on September 7th, 1-7PM!

Summerfest

Soak up the sun and celebrate summer at The LOT’s Summerfest! Gather your friends and family for an unforgettable afternoon filled with outdoor activities and good music. From lawn games to picnics and everything in between, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Join us as we make memories under the summer sky at The LOT on August 10th, 1-7PM.&nbsp;

Kidsfest

Don’t miss our first Kidsfest at The LOT in Southie this July 27th from 12-5PM! Bring the whole family for a day packed with games, art, and science. Let your little ones’ imaginations soar as they dive into creative activities and the ultimate entertainment. Food will be available for purchase, and all activities are free of charge. It’s a day of fun and excitement that’s perfect for kids of all ages!

Countryfest

Saddle up for Countryfest at The LOT on July 13th, 2-8PM! Join us for pony rides that will make you feel like a true cowboy or cowgirl. Live music will set the stage for a boot-stomping good time, bringing the best of country tunes to Southie. But that’s not all – there’ll be games and activities for all ages, ensuring non-stop entertainment throughout the day.

Sunset Socials Every Other Thursdays July 11th to September 5th | 6 pm - 9 pm Head over to The LOT every other Thursday for our new Sunset Socials! Starting on July 11th, 6-9PM. We will be hosting this biweekly event for neighbors to enjoy live music and the company of the community. Come grab a seat at The LOT and enjoy a summer Thursday.
