Organized and operated by NeighborHealth, the East Boston Farmers Market is a convenient, affordable source for fresh fruit and vegetables. Our vibrant community has roots in the Americas, Europe, Southeast Asia, and Africa. Our Farmers Market is an excellent source for the greens, herbs, fruits, and vegetables of all our traditions: tomatoes, corn and beans, hot peppers and amaranth, hierba mora, and papalo, water spinach and bok choy, pea tendrils, scallions and Asian mustard, collard greens, cilantro, peaches and apples, Italian and sweet Thai basil. Our farmers take pride in their locally grown crops so that you can have the freshest and best produce for your family’s table.

We believe that everyone deserves to access healthy food. The East Boston Farmers Market accepts SNAP, Senior Farmers Market Coupons, WIC coupons, and City of Boston Farmers Market coupons as payment, in additional to credit/debit and cash. All SNAP customers receive a dollar-for-dollar match (between $40-$80, depending on household size) for purchases of local produce at farmers markets, farm stands, and CSA programs through the Healthy Incentives Program (HIP).
