Creative Expression and Flow: Nature Journaling for All

In these workshops, we slow down, tune in, and connect with nature, ourselves, and our creativity. We’ll begin with a brief centering meditation, then ease into journal-making, using watercolors and paper to craft simple, expressive pages. From there, we’ll step into the natural world, capturing what we see, hear, and feel through sketches, words, and color. To close, we’ll gather with soothing herbal tea, sharing reflections in a warm and supportive space. This invites exploration, creation, and connection with like-minded souls in a relaxed and inspiring setting. ✨ Leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and reconnected to your inner calm. Nature Immersion Walk with Kripalu Meditation by Libby

Connect with the natural world in a new way by slowing down, engaging all your senses, and immersing your body, heart, and mind in nature. We will not go fast or far. We will explore the farm campus and the adjacent Whipple Hill nature preserve, experimenting with sensory invitations. We will end the event with group sharing and tea. Please wear gear suitable for walks in nature, including shoes for wet conditions and a backpack to keep hands free, hydration, bug spray, sunscreen, etc. Everyone is welcome!
