13 Going on 30 – Capitol Craft Corner Screening!

Please join us for a special “craft-friendly” screening of 13 Going on 30 at the Capitol Theatre in Arlington, MA. The movie will be shown with the lights up so that crafters can knit, sew, mend and more during the show. Bring your own materials or pick something new at the Henry Bear’s Park pop-up shop ahead of the film. About the Film Jenna Rink wishes she could just grow up after being humiliated at her 13th birthday party — only to wake up as a 30-year-old fashion magazine editor. This 2004 comedy stars Jennifer Garner, Mark Ruffalo, and Judy Greer. Agenda Pop-up starts at 6:30pm Film starts at 7:30pm

Inside Out 2: Sensory Sensitive Screening

We are hosting a Sensory Sensitive Screening of Inside Out 2 on Saturday, June 22nd at Noon. The Capitol Theatre’s Sensory Sensitive Screenings are designed for all families with children or adults with sensory sensitivities. They’re also suitable for those who need more freedom to talk and move during a film. At these screenings the sound will be down and the lights up. Disney and Pixar’s “Inside Out 2” returns to the mind of newly minted teenager Riley just as headquarters is undergoing a sudden demolition to make room for something entirely unexpected: new Emotions! Joy, Sadness, Anger, Fear and Disgust, who’ve long been running a successful operation by all accounts, aren’t sure how to feel when Anxiety shows up. And it looks like she’s not alone.
