Wine Dinners at Forage

Every Tuesday Forage features a four course wine dinner exploring on specific grapes, regions, producers or styles. Chefs Eric Cooper &amp; Alycia Palame taste through the lineup, and create specially paired dishes for each wine to highlight its unique qualities. The menu is $125 per person and all dietary restrictions can be accommodated. Come by to learn about (and enjoy) small production, natural wines in a comfortable and relaxed setting.

Zero Waste Wednesday

Zero Waste Wednesdays: an exclusive all-you-can-eat extravaganza at Forage. Chefs Eric Cooper and Alycia Palame serve a tapas-style meal showcasing locally sourced food, seasonal dishes, and featuring unique ingredients made using zero waste techniques. We will be offering this to only one party every Wednesday, so the chefs can give this irreplicable meal the attention and creativity it deserves. There is no set menu, just great ingredients, improvisation and skill. This experience is best suited to large groups, and only available to parties of five or more. The price is $100/person. It’s all you can eat with no time limit, so pace yourselves and&nbsp; just let us know when you're ready for dessert!
