Music & Movement on the Esplanade

Join the&nbsp;<a href="http://esplanade.org/">Esplanade Association</a>&nbsp;and&nbsp;<a href="http://bostonmusicproject.org/">Boston Music Project</a> on the Esplanade for family-friendly music and movement programming for children and families of all ages! Music &amp; Movement&nbsp;is a summer-long, interactive music program at the Playspace Playground designed for children and their caregivers. Each week, children will sing songs, dance to music, and enjoy storytime led by trained Boston Music Project teaching artists. Caregivers are encouraged to attend and take part in the music games with their children. When registering, caregivers should select tickets for both themselves and their child/children. There will be two 1-hour long sessions every Friday from 10:00am to 11:00am and from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Center yourself on the Esplanade with a FREE Sunset Yoga class led in partnership with <a href="https://www.corepoweryoga.com/">CorePower Yoga</a>! You won't believe how relaxed you and your body will feel going into Friday! The class is a C2 class, which is a vinyasa flow class. Forever Fit on the Esplanade

Join us on the Esplanade for Forever Fit with <a href="https://www.cindysullivanfitness.com/">Cindy Sullivan</a>, presented in partnership with <a href="https://www.beaconhillvillage.org/">Beacon Hill Village</a>. This fun, outdoor class on Fiedler Field will include a full-body workout designed with the needs of midlife and older adults in mind, perfect for all levels. We’ll focus on functional fitness to help you build strength, improve balance, and increase mobility - all to support the way you move and feel every day. Every exercise is thoughtfully selected to promote strength,&nbsp;bone health, posture, joint health, and safe, efficient movement. Please bring water, a towel, and a resistance band - we’ll have extras available if you need one. A limited number of chairs will be provided for support or seated options during class. Broadway Burn on the Esplanade

Join us on the Esplanade for Broadway Burn with Hannah's Dance Community, which combines fitness and musical theatre! Music will include songs from SIX, Hamilton, In the Heights, The Prom, Newsies, Hairspray, and more! This class has easy follow-along dance steps but will have you sweating!
