ABOUT THE PHOTOGRAPHY TOUR The Esplanade Association presents a special tour series led by our very own design &amp; marketing coordinator. In this tour, we will be walking throughout the Esplanade and finding some of the best places to snap a picture and capture memories. Discover new angles and viewing points that you may otherwise miss! If you end the tour with some amazing photos, don't hesitate to send them to our socials. We may use it for other material and credit you for your work! *** Participants are responsible to bring their own cameras if they desire. Since 2017, the Esplanade Association has commissioned 4 public murals from 4 women-identifying artists on the Esplanade including Habitation by Sophy Tuttle Patterned Behavior by Sylvia Lopez Chavez, Rain River by Solei, and Untitled by Ann Lewis. By experiencing our Art in the Park Guided Tour, you’ll learn about the artists behind these mesmerizing art murals, their inspiration behind each mural, and more! Sunset Yoga with CorePower Yoga - River Fit Fall

Center yourself with a FREE sunset yoga class led in partnership with CorePower Yoga. Steady your breaths and stretch out your stresses to the rhythm of the river during golden hour at the park. You won't believe how relaxed you and your body will feel going into Friday! We encourage participants to registered before every class and to bring their own water bottle and yoga mat. ABOUT THE HORTICULTURE TOUR Through our Guided Horticulture Tours on the Esplanade, we explore a variety of gardens and plantlife that make the Esplanade so beautiful. Join the <a href="https://esplanade.org/">Esplanade Association</a> and <a href="http://bostonmusicproject.org/">Boston Music Project</a> at the Playspace Playground on the Esplanade for family-friendly music and movement programming for children and families of all ages! Music &amp; Movement is a summer-long, interactive music program at the Playspace Playground designed for children and their caregivers. Each week, children will sing songs, dance to music, and enjoy storytime led by trained Boston Music Project teaching artists. Caregivers are encouraged to attend and take part in the music games with their children. When registering, caregivers should select tickets for both themselves and their child/children. River Fit 2024: Runs/Jogs with 261 Fearless Club New England

261 Fearless Club New England is proud to be partnering with the Esplanade Association as part of their River Fit summer series. We are a women’s organization (18+) dedicated to empowering and uniting women through movement. Women supporting women to create a positive sense of self confidence and fearlessness as we guide you through your fitness journey. Join us for weekly scheduled jogs around the various paths of the Esplanade this summer. Each jog, led by certified 261 coaches, will be 45 minutes. Pre-registration is strongly encouraged. Set against the incomparable backdrop of the Charles River at sunset, as well as in the lovely Eliot Garden, the Esplanade Association’s Annual Summer Dock Party has become a social highlight for Bostonians. Each year approximately 400 guests enjoy&nbsp;a sunset dinner and dancing to a live DJ on the docks.&nbsp;Funds raised support&nbsp;the Esplanade Association’s work to revitalize, enhance, program, and maintain the park while providing the community with free summer programming. River Fit 2024: Forever Fit with Cindy Sullivan

The Esplanade Association in partnership with Beacon Hill Village&nbsp;presents Forever Fit with Cindy Sullivan at Fiedler Field on the Charles River Esplanade.&nbsp;This fun, outdoor class on Fiedler Field on the Esplanade will include a full-body workout that prioritizes the needs of older adults and beginners, with focused attention on efficient body mechanics and injury prevention. We will offer a variety of exercises that will increase your muscle strength, range of motion, and make you more durable for daily activities. Not only will you feel stronger, but you’ll notice an increase in your energy level. We will do some lower impact cardio, strength training with resistance bands, balance/flow, and some light stretching at the end. Bring water, a towel, and a resistance band--if you do not have one, we can provide one for you.&nbsp;A limited number of chairs will be provided. River Fit 2024: 'Froca

The Esplanade Association presents Froca led by professional dancer and&nbsp;choreographer&nbsp;Silver&nbsp;Rochelin&nbsp;at the Hatch Shell.&nbsp;‘Froca will take participants around the world, exposing them to new rhythms while they break a sweat!&nbsp;<a href="http://frocafitness.com/" target="_blank">‘Froca</a>&nbsp;is a celebration of songs and dances from across Africa and the Caribbean. Set to popular African and Caribbean music, ‘Froca draws on movements and dances rooted in deep tradition as well as steps that have gained popularity in recent years. ‘Froca was created by Sylver Rochelin Randrianantenaina, a professional dancer and choreographer from Madagascar.
