5-6 Mile Run Starting from Medford Square

This run starts from Medford Square in front of Donuts with a Difference and heads out along the Mystic River passing Hormel Stadium, crosses over the river by Assembly, and comes back along the river for 5-6 mile loop. This is a zero-drop run, meaning we run for a little bit and then stop to let everybody catch up if necessary. Because we stay together as a group, we ask that all runners are able to keep a minimum pace of 10 minutes per mile. Whether you're a seasoned marathoner or just starting out, this group is for anyone with a passion for running. Join us for weekly runs around the Medford Square area, where we will explore different routes and distances based on group interests. We welcome all fitness levels and encourage each other to achieve our personal goals. Connect with like-minded individuals, stay motivated, and have fun while staying active.
