⭐️ Britney is a seasoned instructor, who creates classes that aim to nurture the body and strengthen the mind. She developed her deep knowledge and passion for Pilates through years of study and practice. Britney has had the pleasure of training and teaching in many spaces throughout New England, including Life Time Fitness, Down Under School of Yoga, Soma Yoga + many more.

⭐️ Understanding that starting a new movement practice can feel intimidating, Britney takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for all. She loves meeting new faces and is passionate about empowering her students to build confidence and embrace their unique fitness journeys.
