About the Instructor
Britney brings over eight years of knowledge to create classes that aim to nurture the body and strengthen the mind. Britney has had the pleasure of training and teaching in many movement spaces throughout New England including Equinox, Down Under School of Yoga and Life Time Fitness. Britney fuses her years of knowledge to deliver a powerful and thoughtful class each time she steps onto the mat. Her classes focus on celebrating your body's strengths through mindful and intentional movement. Britney also understands how being new to a movement practice can be intimidating, so she loves meeting new faces and aims to empower confidence in each one of her students. The ability to walk with each student, at any level on their fitness journey is a big part of what keeps her coming back to the mic.
