Start your first knitting project: a pair of fingerless gloves! Our knitting teachers will show you how to start your project and knit. We provide all of your materials so there's no need to bring anything except an excitement to learn.

Sip+Stitch 

Join us every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month for Sip+Stitch! Sip+Stitch is an opportunity to work on your latest crochet or knitting project with friends. Bring a sip or snack to share and a project you can do while spending time with others.

Learn to Crochet

Our crochet teachers will show you how to start your first granny square, crochet stitches, and how to read a pattern. By the end of this class you should have a finished granny square for you to turn into your next project!

TAATTU Socks 

Have you always wanted to make socks, but are too intimidated by double pointed needles and sock weight yarn? Learn to make two socks at a time in DK weight yarn in Juliette Pecaut's two part sock class. Class Requirements<ul><li>You should know how to knit and feel comfortable with knit and purl stitches&nbsp;</li><li>Great for seasoned knitters who want to learn a new technique and for beginner knitters who are ready for the next step!&nbsp;</li></ul>

Drop Spinning

Come learn to spin yarn on a drop spindle! We will learn how to take raw wool and spin it into yarn. BFC provides all materials necessary for spinning and you'll get to take home whatever you spin! Drop spindles are on loan, but can be purchased for $15. If you've tried spinning before, but want to up your game you can also join this class! You'll learn to ply yarn that you've spun and more advanced spinning techniques.

Finish Up February MAL 

Need to finish up some knit or crochet projects? Spend four Saturdays in February with us finishing your project! There's no sign up necessary just show up with your project and get crafting.

Intro to Embroidery

This workshop is designed to teach you the basics of hand embroidery and the magic of slow&nbsp;stitching&nbsp;by hand.&nbsp; Class Requirements<ul><li>No experience necessary&nbsp;</li><li>This class is perfect for total beginners&nbsp;</li></ul>

Play With Clay 

You will learn how to use polymer clay to create your own buttons, stitch markers, shawl pins, small bowls or even jewelry.&nbsp; Debi will bake and finish your creations and return them to the shop for you to pick up.
