Greater Boston Air Quality Summit

Clean air is essential for our communities. Help us align research, policy, and advocacy for a healthier Boston. The City of Boston Environment Department invites community leaders, researchers, agencies, policymakers, and businesses to a free summit exploring the present and future of air quality in Boston and beyond. In recent years, a growing network across Greater Boston has made air quality a priority — deploying community sensors, mapping local pollution, advancing peer-reviewed research, and advocating for policy change. On Friday, May 15, join fellow leaders to:

Map the ecosystem of past and current air quality efforts

Align across sectors and foster deeper collaboration

Connect existing air quality data to action

Co-develop a long-term roadmap for research priorities, funding strategies, and policy pathways

Be part of a day dedicated to sharing knowledge, coordinating action, and building momentum toward a healthier Boston for all. The agenda will include panels, breakout sessions, lightning talks, guided site visits, and networking. There is no cost to attend but space is limited! Register here.
