As critic and columnist Stephen Mosher states, MAC (Manhattan Association of Clubs and Cabarets) Nominee and Broadway World Cabaret Award Winner,
“is a storyteller, in every way that a person can be a storyteller.” Since her fortieth birthday, she has delighted in bringing forth her personal stories through cabaret performance. She created six shows since 2017:
A Song and Its Girl (MAC Award Nomination, best debut female),
Fangirl,
Show of Dares Volume 1, My Maybe World: the music of Mary Chapin Carpenter (Broadway World Award for Best Tribute Show),
Together Inside, Show of Dares Volume 2, and
If You Hadn’t But You Did: songs of love, sex, and murder. She was a part of the award-winning group show:
Meg Flather Songs: A Cabaret Sisterhood. She is a member of Manhattan Association of Clubs and Cabarets (MAC) and Boston Association of Cabaret Artists (BACA)
Becca holds a Bachelor Degree from the
University of Georgia in Drama, a Master of Arts in Teaching English Education from
Boston University, and has trained as a reiki practitioner. She is an advocate for essential tremor awareness, domestic violence prevention, women’s rights, and mental illness.
