Hi I'm Rhys! I am an Expressive Arts Therapist in the Boston area who loves to help curate spaces for others to engage in different forms of art and play. I believe we can often get caught up in the day to day life stressors that we forget to give into soul enriching activities that once brought us joy. Through my workshops I hope to provide people with a sense of peace, accomplishment, curiosity of self, and openness to new possibilities. During the art process I provide, there are no "should's ". People from all walks of life are encouraged to come as they are and bring their sense of creativity and be open to what they may gain from the experience. All beginners are welcome!
