PMC Winter Cycle 2026

The PMC Winter Cycle is a charitable spin event benefiting the <a href="https://www.dana-farber.org/">Dana-Farber Cancer Institute (Dana-Farber)</a>, held each year at Fenway Park in Boston, Massachusetts.The PMC Winter Cycle, a spoke in the wheel of the <a href="https://www.pmc.org/">Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC)</a>, kicks off the organization’s yearly fundraising campaign with six 45-minute, high-energy indoor cycling rides led by popular local spin instructors. The day-long event brings together hundreds of people of varying athletic ability who channel physical, mental and emotional energy to fight cancer by raising money for Dana-Farber.   The 11th PMC Winter Cycle will take place on Saturday, January 31, 2026, at The 521 Overlook, located in center field, offering participants an iconic view of historic Fenway Park as they ride.   As with all PMC events, 100 percent of PMC Winter Cycle rider-raised dollars directly benefit lifesaving cancer research and treatment at Dana-Farber. In 2025, the PMC raised a record-breaking $78 million, bringing its lifetime fundraising for Dana-Farber to $1.125 billion since 1980. The PMC is Dana-Farber’s largest single contributor, accounting for 67 percent of its Jimmy Fund’s annual revenue.   For those interested in spinning during the PMC Winter Cycle, there is a non-refundable $50 registration fee and a $500 fundraising minimum per session. To become a top fundraiser, or Pacesetter, participants must raise at least $1,500. Cookies & Cocktails

Join us to indulge in unique, Girl Scout cookie-inspired creations and support young women's leadership development. Cookies &amp; Cocktails is an annual culinary competition that features local chefs who create a variety of dishes with our beloved Girl Scout Cookies. Over 250 guests will enjoy the delicious treats, and at the end of the evening, local celebrity judges will award a “crowd favorite” and “most unique" dish. Guests will also enjoy a complimentary cocktail, appetizers, silent auction, and access to a cash bar. Please note this event is 21+

Remains of World War II Hero Return Home to Weymouth After 80 Years Missing in Action &nbsp; After more than 80 years, Private Alfred Thomas Langevin, U.S. Army, a Weymouth native who was killed in action during World War II and had been classified as Missing in Action since 1944, is finally coming home. His remains were recently identified. Pvt. Langevin will be honored by his hometown with a series of tributes recognizing his bravery, sacrifice, and long-awaited return. &nbsp; The public and the media are invited to join the Langevin family, the Town of Weymouth, veterans, and community members to welcome Pvt. Langevin home and pay tribute.
