Watch the Head of the Charles Regatta 2026 from Boston’s best rooftop, Bubble Bath at Lyrik Back Bay

Don’t miss one of the best annual events in Boston: the Head of the Charles Regatta. Since 1965, the world’s largest regatta has drawn rowers from near and far to race the 4,702-meter course from the BU Boathouse to the finish at Herter Park, with spectators packing the banks and bridges all weekend long. If a spot along the Charles is too crowded and you want something more elevated, head to Bubble Bath on the 15th floor of the citizenM hotel at Lyrik Back Bay. Though not on the race course itself, the rooftop boasts some of the most amazing views of the Boston skyline and, of course, the Charles, so you can glimpse the rowing action from above while enjoying natural wine and bubbly. See the menu.
