The Strummerville Ukulele Club 1st Mondays in Melrose!

The Strummerville Ukulele Club is a fun-loving, ukulele-strumming, singing and humming group of amateur musicians who love playing songs badly and singing loudly.&nbsp;&nbsp;All levels are welcome! We host ukulele jams THREE times a month in the Greater Boston area as well as Melrose. <a href="https://www.strummerville.org/brookline">Every 2nd Tuesday of the month, we meet at the Brookline Village Public Library in Brookline, MA</a> AND&nbsp;<a href="https://www.strummerville.org/somerville">every 4th Wednesday of the month, we meet at the Armory Cafe in Somerville, MA</a>.&nbsp;&nbsp; As heard on WBUR:&nbsp;<a href="https://www.wbur.org/news/2025/12/12/strummerville-ukulele-club-brookline-somerville">https://www.wbur.org/news/2025/12/12/strummerville-ukulele-club-brookline-somerville</a> Our hosts, Nick and John, guide the group through our beloved&nbsp;<a href="https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uO8PMEYrqCbK_Hp-bPsiZrv1YhhU4Gyz/view?usp=sharing">songbooks</a>. Our repertoire ranges from classic rock to disco, from traditional folk songs to modern pop, and everything in between.&nbsp;&nbsp; We're not here for Grammy nominations; we're here for laughs, occasionally off-key singing, and just enough ukulele strumming to annoy the neighbors!&nbsp; If you've got a ukulele (or just know someone who does), you're in!&nbsp;All levels are welcome, from beginners who can barely tell a G from a C to seasoned hands who can strum with the best of 'em.&nbsp; Don't have a ukulele but want to join in on the fun? Not a problem - contact us beforehand and we'll get you set up with a uke. Just want to sing or play percussion? That's fine, too! Got a kazoo? Get ready for a kazoo solo! Still on the fence?
