The Stages of the Path: A Day Retreat

The stages of the path, or Lamrim, is a beautiful condensation of all of the contemplations taught by Buddha. This day retreat with Gen Khedrub will enable you to get a taste for the soothing power of authentic Buddhist meditations.&nbsp; Go beyond the breath into meditations on your mortality, on your potential for liberation, and on the seeds of universal love that lie within your mind. Each session will include both teaching and guided meditation. Session times: 11:00am - 12:15pm 2:00 - 3:00pm 3:30 - 4:30pm Everyone is welcome. Come to as many sessions as you like! Location: This event will be held at Kadampa Meditation Center Boston, located at&nbsp;2298 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge, just a few blocks from the Davis Square T stop. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche for over 30 years. Gen Khedrub has served as a Resident Teacher in Chicago and in Seattle, and over the years he has taught special events and led meditation retreats around the country. His heartfelt teachings are presented with clarity and humor that make them accessible to everyone.
