High Strung Strummers (Cathy Mason and Sarah Jane Nelson) play a mix of Anglo-American ballads, old-time tunes, and stories, often accompanied by a Crankie narrative scroll. Crankies are like the TV of the 1800s. You'll just have to come see for yourself!<br><br>This program is supported in part by a grant from the Waltham Cultural Council, a local agency which is supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.<br>
