The Frosty 5k

Soft Pace Run Club, an educational run club born out of Soft Space Wellness, is concluding its first season by putting on a Frosty 5k! ☃️🏅 Soft Pace started with the goal of making running approachable for those who felt nervous to start or had been previously injured. Since June, Soft Pace has met every other week to learn which muscles work during a run, how to recover, and how to participate in various types of run to increase overall cardio fitness. What better way to test the skills learned than a 5k with friends! Happening in Union Square, this 5k is open to everyone, from Soft Pace Run Club members to folks only just learning about the Run Club now. This is a chance for you to challenge yourself, while being supported and encouraged by a community of fellow runners! 🏃🏃‍♀️🏃 The 5k will start and end at Bow Market, running through Bow St, Highland Ave, Porter Square, and back! 🎟️ Entry is $50 per runner, and is open now until November 1st. The entry price will remain $50 regardless of when you sign up! There is a limited number of spots available, and sign ups will close sooner if capacity is reached. Secure your spot today! Register Here! Interested in joining the next season of the Soft Pace Run Club ? Join the waitlist! 📝 Questions?
