Sunset Yoga with CorePower Yoga - River Fit Fall

Center yourself with a FREE sunset yoga class led in partnership with CorePower Yoga. Steady your breaths and stretch out your stresses to the rhythm of the river during golden hour at the park. You won't believe how relaxed you and your body will feel going into Friday! We encourage participants to registered before every class and to bring their own water bottle and yoga mat. Please cancel if you can no longer attend.
