River Fit 2024: Sunset Yoga with Brittany

Ground yourself with a sunset yoga class led by Brittany Berrard. This session is designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind and uplift your spirit. It will be a blend of deep stretches, dynamic movements and powerful breathwork. As you step off your mat and into the rest of your weekend, you will feel recharged and renewed. With a stunning backdrop, some good beats and an energetic community, this will be an hour of the week that you won't want to miss.&nbsp; We encourage participants to registered before every class and to bring their own water bottle and yoga mat. Please cancel if you can no longer attend. In her classes you can expect a safe space for growth and self-discovery set to good music and even better energy. Her goal is to help others realize we have all the powers we need within us. Brittany is most well-known for her mindful mantras, words of wisdom and intelligent sequencing.
