On her deathbed, the undertaker of the Warehouse Family Funeral Home changes her last will and testament. Sofie Krog Teater is one of the leading puppet theaters in Denmark, known for creating a unique, comical universe with magical set designs that open up to create amazement and wonder for the audience. The House uses a revolving set and glove puppets — all operated by two puppeteers — to tell this thriller-comedy story. Puppet Showplace Theater has joined forces with Sandglass Theater, Mayo Street Arts, and the Chicago International Puppet Arts Festival to bring The House to Brookline for two nights only! Step behind closed doors into rooms hiding unspeakably dark deeds, thrilling twists, and hilarious horror.
