Museums on Us from Bank of America

The first weekend of every month, Bank of America's monthly "<a href="https://about.bankofamerica.com/en/making-an-impact/arts-and-culture?bcen=8a6b#museums-on-us">Museums on Us</a>" program offers free admission to a number of Boston's most prestigious museums.   The nationwide program is available to all Bank of America, Merrill, and Bank of America Private Bank cardholders, and opens up more than 225 of the nation's most prominent cultural institutions in 35 states. <a href="https://about.bankofamerica.com/en/making-an-impact/museums-on-us-partners">In Massachusetts, the participating museums are</a>:  <ul><li><a href="https://www.mfa.org/">The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston</a> Featured Exhibit: " </li></ul>"Art in Bloom," celebrating 50 years, May 1-3<ul><li><a href="https://www.icaboston.org/">The Institute of Contemporary Art, Boston</a> Featured Exhibit: "Derrick Adams: View Master" through September 7 </li><li><a href="https://www.pem.org/">The Peabody Essex Museum, Salem</a> Featured Exhibit: "Edmonia Lewis: Said in Stone" through June 7 </li><li><a href="https://ecotarium.org/">EcoTarium, Worcester</a> New Exhibit: "The Secret World of Elephants" </li><li><a href="https://edithwharton.org/">The Mount</a>, Edith Wharton's home in Lenox: Mansion opens for the season May 9; Grounds are open year round </li><li><a href="https://louisamayalcott.org/">Orchard House</a>, Louisa May Alcott's home in Concord</li><li><a href="https://springfieldmuseums.org/">Springfield Museums</a> Featured Exhibit: "Legacies of Surrealism: Works from the Museo de Arte de Ponce" through September 6 </li><li><a href="https://fitchburgartmuseum.org/">Fitchburg Art Museum</a>: New Exhibit: "Kaleidoscope: 100 Years of Collecting for Our Community" through May 2 </li><li><a href="https://www.whalingmuseum.org/">The New Bedford Whaling Museum</a> Featured Exhibit: "Ahab’s Head: American Vengeance" closes May 3 </li><li><a href="https://jfkhyannismuseum.org/">The John F. Kennedy Hyannis Museum</a> (Saturdays only) "Variations: A Cape Cod Museum of Art Special Exhibit” through May 31 </li></ul>  Bank of America offers this benefit to promote greater cultural understanding, expand accessibility to the arts, and strengthen communities. Upon arriving at a participating institution, customers need only present their Bank of America, Merrill or Bank of America Private Bank credit or debit card along with a photo ID to gain free general admission for themselves.
