Guided Rest and Nature Walk Experience

An outdoor workshop at Mount Auburn focused on Yoga Nidra, a dream-like mindfulness meditation. <a href="https://www.tenderfloweryoga.com/">Federica Torri</a> will lead an outdoor workshop focused on Yoga Nidra, a dream-like mindfulness meditation where attendees will be guided through an imagery journey. Students are welcome to lie on mats or blankets throughout the meditation. A silent nature walk will follow this meditation. The meditation will take place on <a href="https://maps.app.goo.gl/4kQFVdiXWAjwsEkRA">Bigelow Lawn</a>, in front of the large grey chapel in the middle of the Cemetery and the location is subject to change due to inclement weather. What to bring: a blanket or yoga mat, a water bottle, and a journal to use for reflection before/after the workshop. ...
