Ever feel the need to move but don't know where to start?&nbsp;&nbsp; Yes, that's why we dance with other people! No matter where you are, whatever tunes are playing, there are so many options for you to have style and fun in the moment.&nbsp;&nbsp; In this Bar Social dance workshop series, we will build on your ability to connect with any partner, recognize different music, and feel that you have a variety of movement &amp; freedom to take every opportunity to the next level.&nbsp;Whether you want to meet new people, connect more deeply with those you already know, align with your own body and mind, dancing together is a main tool we can use to brighten up our lives one step &amp; song at a time!&nbsp;&nbsp; This is an all level workshop series; we will go from foundational music theory, to body mechanics &amp; techniques to pattern variety and experimentation!&nbsp;We will blend movements and timings from many dance styles you will hear out in the wild such as swing, salsa, merengue &amp; konpa, hustle, foxtrot and country!&nbsp;You will be ready for anything at the end of this workshop.. $50 for the entire series or $20 per workshop evening https://www.eventbrite.com/e/found-through-sound-bar-social-dance-workshop-tickets-1395136172849
