Community Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply restorative Free Community Sound Bath at the Fenway Community Center on Friday, September 6th 1-2pm.<br>Led by sound healer and Reiki Master Silsar (Sarah Rodriguez), this immersive experience weaves together crystal singing bowls, voice, and gentle instrumentation to create an atmosphere of peace and renewal. A sound bath is a meditative practice where participants are “bathed” in sound vibrations that promote relaxation, stress relief, and holistic well-being.<br>This event is open to all—whether you’re new to sound baths or have experienced them before. Simply bring yourself, wear comfortable clothing, and feel free to bring a yoga mat, blanket, or pillow for your comfort.<br>
