art+mindulness at deCordova

We are excited to bring art+mindfulness, a dynamic experience that brings guided meditation and quiet reflection, to the deCordova Sculpture Park &amp; Museum. This 90-minute workshop has been designed to whisk you away from your daily responsibilities and leave you feeling calm, connected and more present. In the presence of outdoor sculpture and within a small community of people you’ll practice guided meditation and reflective journaling crafted to help you re-prioritize your energy for what brings you joy. art+mindfulness is a collaboration between Beth Kantrowitz and Jennifer Swanberg, Ph.D. Beth is an independent art curator/consultant through <a href="https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fbkartprojects.com%2F&amp;data=05%7C02%7Cibohling%40thetrustees.org%7Cd7e54e8c17434297d26308df0a963409%7C912a785a67cc420da3dce817f6ff7bfc%7C0%7C0%7C639241312524489915%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=%2BibKUOJ1v8MHCTDTteoY%2FtpxKMsFLAwdqlsxJvEnXhM%3D&amp;reserved=0">bkprojects</a> as well as co-director of <a href="https://nam04.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive-byprojects.com%2F&amp;data=05%7C02%7Cibohling%40thetrustees.org%7Cd7e54e8c17434297d26308df0a963409%7C912a785a67cc420da3dce817f6ff7bfc%7C0%7C0%7C639241312524521339%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=h11UNT8fFb9l5fxzstBmDb9pu%2BSP66Vvxs6ckDZdAxI%3D&amp;reserved=0">Drive-by Projects</a>.
