This spectacular spread features traditional Thanksgiving favorites, signature menu choices, and a premium array of seasonal selections, with all the fixings that make the holiday extra special. &nbsp; Start with the freshest from the sea, including Shrimp Cocktail, Scallops Wrapped in Bacon, Smoked Salmon Canapes, and Fresh Oysters, to the land, featuring Ginger Miso Carrot Soup, Leafy Green Autumn Salad, Apple &amp; Goat Cheese Quinoa Salad, and more. &nbsp; Sumptuous entrée choices include Pan Seared Seabass, Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Grilled Pork Tenderloin, and Almond-Crusted Chicken, plus premium Carving Stations with Roasted Turkey, Cranberry Chutney, Stuffing, and Homemade Gravy as well as Roasted Prime Rib, with Aus Jus and Horseradish Cream Sauce. &nbsp; Feast on gourmet sides galore, like Vegetable Risotto, Roasted Winter Squash, Roasted Garlic Red-Skin Mashed Potatoes, and others. &nbsp; Thanksgiving desserts are always designed to delight with an Assortment of Traditional Pies, Cake, Cheesecake, and Gelato, plus the most amazing torched Crème Brûlée. &nbsp; Unforgettable Thanksgiving memories are made at the Beechwood Hotel.
