Goldfish &amp; Pretzel Kids: Yoga &amp; Swim Event! Join us for a fun, family-friendly event combining mindfulness and movement - both on the mat and in the pool! Kids will start with a playful Pretzel Kids yoga session, designed to build confidence, focus, and flexibility through movement and breath. Then, they’ll make a splash in the Goldfish Swim School pool with Open Swim time. Date: Sunday, Oct. 19 Time: 4:30 - 5:30PM Location: Goldfish Swim School, Needham Cost: $5/child or $10/family Spots are limited — don’t miss this perfect blend of stretching, splashing, and smiles!
