This year’s What the Fluff? will make your troubles melt like lemon drops and have you rejoicing “peanut butter &amp; bread &amp; Fluff! Oh my!” in no time.&nbsp; So, don your most hue-riffic ensemble (ruby slippers optional), round up your sidekicks (Toto, too!), and follow the marshmallow road to the most magical square in Somerville.
