Move your body. Meet your people. 💙 Welcome to Volo’s biggest Sweat &amp; Social yet — and our first one at Club Volo in Assembly Row. Doors open at 8:30AM Bring water, sneakers, and a yoga mat. Come early to stretch with our PT partners and check out the recovery zone. Class Lineup: 🧘‍♀️ 9AM – Yoga with YogaSix 🔥 10AM – Fitness Class 🏃‍♀️ 11AM – HYROX Your class ticket also includes entry to the Sweat &amp; Social Afterparty (12–3PM) featuring: 🎧 Live DJ 🎁 Giveaways + raffles (HeyDay, Vita Coco, Coord Health) 🏓 Open play bar games, pickleball &amp; volleyball 🥗 Bites from Sweetgreen &amp; mocktails at the Lawn Bar 💁‍♀️ Slick-back hair bar with Two Toned Come for the sweat.
