Trump + Tesla Takedown (transitioning to monthly in September)

Starting in September, the Boston Prudential Center location is transitioning to the first Saturday of every month, 12-2pm. Our next four protest dates are on these Saturdays, 12-2pm:<ul><li>Aug 30th</li><li>Sep 6th</li><li>Oct 4th</li><li>Nov 1st</li></ul>Watertown and Dedham locations are continuing weekly. Donald Trump and Elon Musk are conducting a hostile government takeover. We're exercising our first amendment rights to resist Trump and hit Elon where it hurts - his wallet. Join us 12 - 2pm in front of the Tesla dealership at the Prudential Center, 888 Boylston St. Starting in September, we are transitioning to holding a protest on the first Saturday of every month. Did you know?<ul><li>Donald Trump and Elon Musk have been abusing their power to loot our government and make themselves richer.</li><li>They have demolished lifesaving services that millions of Americans rely on, from healthcare and disaster relief to veterans services and cancer research, just to give tax cuts to the rich.</li><li>They have slashed healthcare and food benefits to power the ICE secret police, rummaged through our private data to go after tax-paying immigrants, and cruelly and illegally detained immigrants and citizens alike at workplaces, schools, and places of worship.</li><li>Stopping Trump and Musk will help save lives and protect our democracy.</li></ul>Why target Tesla?<ul><li>Much of Musk's inflated wealth is tied up in his stake in Tesla.</li><li>Our nationwide protests are already damaging Tesla's stock price and Elon's wallet.</li><li>The Tesla location at Prudential is a fantastic protest spot to resist Trump and Musk, with tourists and high foot traffic. <a href="https://actionnetwork.org/event_campaigns/teslatakedown?zipcode=02199&amp;country=US&amp;title_search=&amp;start_date_threshold=&amp;end_date_threshold=">Join us!</a> </li></ul>Tesla Takedown is a peaceful protest movement.
