<a href="https://downunderyoga.com/cambridge-yoga-studio">&nbsp;Porter Square</a> &amp; Livestream Learn to safely induce psychedelic-like states of awareness without the use of drugs. When used responsibly, these healing practices can be leveraged to release energy blockages, gain deeper insights into different aspects of your life, regulate mood, and more. This session will include an introduction to the healing power of non-ordinary states of awareness, a blindfolded breath-trip set to music, and group integration exercises following the breath session. This practice is not recommended for:<ul><li>Folks with heart problems</li><li>Pregnant people</li><li>Those living with mental health conditions, including schizophrenia and bipolar disorder.</li></ul>Check with your medical provider before the workshop if there is concern. This programming is run by DM Adventures LLC. Cost: $50 Folks joining in studio - this workshop does require the use of a yoga mat.
