The Path of the Lotus: Air Flow with Brittney Burgess 

The Lotus Flower rises triumphantly from the mud, nurtured by the elements until it blossoms and floats on the water. Similarly, we each need nourishment from the four elements to reach our fullest potential. Join Brittney Burgess for part 3 of 4 in her seasonal yoga workshop series (attend one or all!) to explore your capacity to rise from the mud into the light. Each workshop will vary, offering practices that range from deeply grounding to highly energizing, inviting you to embody the elements of earth, water, air, and fire in your practice and your life. In this workshop, we’ll focus on the element of AIR, cultivating a strong awareness and deep connection to pranayama. Through breath, we’ll clear away the heaviness of winter and welcome the renewal of spring. Create space in your body, mind, and heart, bringing simplicity and ease into your life. This workshop will serve as a powerful reminder that your breath is always with you—to calm, energize, and guide you back to what matters most. Expect an air element meditation, journal prompts, and a rhythmic asana practice in a lightly heated room to awaken your Anahata, or Heart Chakra. Please Bring: A Journal, Writing instrument &amp; a yoga mat (mats are available to rent in studio for $3)&nbsp;
