Sunday morning yoga "Unlock your heart" Intentional Yoga Flow & Sound bath at the Museum of Modern Renaissance Sunday Feb 15th 10am!

Join us for a special&nbsp;Sunday morning yoga &amp; Piano "Unlock your heart" Intentional Yoga Flow &amp; Sound bath&nbsp;at the Museum of Modern Renaissance Sun Feb 15th 10am! Just in time for Valentines day or any day really. The heart chakra (Anahata) needs to be open because it's the body's center for love, compassion, and connection. We also tend to lean forward often looking at our devices and block out the heart chakra. This class will help reverse that sensation as well. Join Pete Sacco @bulldogflowboston for a 60-minute heart opening flow all accompanied by Kyle Winslow Smith on Piano. Class will include a mindful sequence of yoga poses designed to gently open the chest, shoulders, and upper back, promoting deeper breathing and emotional release. There will also be some intentional breathing. This will consist of Breathing deeply and consciously with a focus on the heart area. Pete also believes being able to laugh and not take yourself to seriously can be really healing as well. Following the yoga flow, the class will transition into 15 minute extended shavasana. Pete may pair some of his lower vibrational sound bath instruments along with the piano, creating a holistic experience for relaxation and emotional release. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, everyone is welcome to join us for this special evening of self-care and community. This class will run for 90 mins total including a sweet extended shavasna . There will be plenty of time for pictures after the class is over. Come stretch, breathe, and find your center with us at the Museum of Modern Renaissance! Please arrive 10-15 mins early to not hold up the class please. Phones are strongly discouraged (emergencies only )during the actual yoga class.
