This approachable class offers a welcoming introduction to the traditional Bikram/Hot 26 sequence, designed especially for those who are new to the practice or returning after time away. In this one-hour, lightly heated class, you’ll move through the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises with shorter holds and thoughtful guidance—making the sequence more accessible while still offering all the strengthening, balancing, and focusing benefits the series is known for. The room will be warm, not intensely hot, so you can explore the practice with ease and confidence. Open to all levels, including anyone simply seeking a gentler Hot 26 experience. Come practice in a supportive environment and build a strong foundation for future classes. Sign up using your regular class pass.
