Held in an intimate kitchen setting, this experience invites you to learn by doing. Together, we’ll prepare and enjoy a variety of seasonal, cooling recipes designed to pacify Pitta, support digestion, and build resilience without overheating the system. Along the way, you’ll gain a deeper understanding of how the qualities of the season show up in your body — and how to work with them rather than against them. Both educational and experiential, this workshop offers practical tools you can carry into daily life, along with the simple pleasure of cooking and sharing a meal in community.
