Satirical Poop Statue on the National Mall

This temporary statue, in honor of the men and women who made "daring sacrifices" as they defecated, urinated, and looted the U.S. Capitol on January 6th, 2021, is on view in its beautifully bronze casted and gigantic glory for a very limited time. This mysterious statue appeared suddenly in front of the U.S. Capitol building and will seemingly be on display until November 6th, 2024 when its temporary permit with the National Park Service ends. This satirical public art installation is making quite the statement with many flocking to take photos of its existence before it's gone! Don't miss your chance to take a picture in front of Nancy Pelosi's desk and the perfectly swirled bronze poop on top of it.
