Rosé Dinner at CLINK. | Thursday, July 17th, 2025 | 6:30 PM Join us at The Liberty Hotel, for a special summer evening celebrating the elegance of rosé in partnership with CLINK. Executive Chef Patrick Bassett has crafted a vibrant four-course menu that highlights the best of the season, featuring fresh seafood, local produce, and a decadent dessert to close the night. The evening begins at 6:30 PM with our first pour and passed bites, followed by a seated dinner where each course will be paired with a unique rosé selection. We’ll be joined by our Rosé Ambassador, who will guide guests through the flavor profiles, origins, and stories behind each pour. Menu Includes:<ul><li>Roasted Duxbury Oysters with Calabrian Chili Butter</li><li>Maplebrook Farm Burrata with Local Peaches, Heirloom Tomatoes, and Basil</li><li>Pan-Seared Striped Bass with Sweet Corn and Summer Bean Succotash, Smoked Bacon</li><li>Strawberry Semifreddo with Shortbread and Lemon Verbena</li></ul>Rosé Selection Includes:<ul><li>Lucien Albrecht Rosé</li><li>The Four Graces Rosé</li><li>Ferrari-Carano Dry Rosé</li><li>Acrobat Rosé of Pinot Noir</li></ul>This is an evening designed for rosé lovers and culinary explorers alike.
